Position Details

• Role: Medical Lab Scientist (Microbiology)
• Schedule: Full-Time (90%) | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Rotation: Includes weekends & holidays
• Location: 272 Hospital Rd - Chillicothe, OH 45601
• Compensation: $28.09 - $42.14/hour
  (That's ~$48,297-$66,394/year full-time equivalent)

Entry-Level Starts at: $28.09
Experienced Professionals Up to: $42.14/hour

Your Impact
As an MLS, you'll ensue testing is completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with our high standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Perform complex lab tests on blood, urine, tissue, and more
Analyze results and assist in diagnosis and treatment
⚙️ Operate, maintain & troubleshoot lab instruments
✅ Uphold rigorous quality control standards
Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Accurately document and report lab results
Collaborate with physicians, nurses & care teams
Stay current with lab trends and regulations
What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related science (Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
• MLS Certification (ASCP) - or eligible to obtain within 6 months
