Job Description

Position : Medical Laboratory Technician

Location : Peterborough, NH, 03458

Pay scale : $34.00 - $55.00 per hour

Shift : 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities :

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests, analyses, and procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating medical conditions.
• Collect and process specimens, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality control standards.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including analyzers and microscopes.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results, providing accurate and timely reports to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare teams to ensure effective workflow and communication.
• Adhere to safety protocols, maintain laboratory cleanliness, and manage inventory of supplies.

Requirements :

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
• State licensure as required.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.
