We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with experience in office management, human resources, and bookkeeping. This role requires a versatile professional capable of managing multiple responsibilities, including event planning, vendor relations, and team supervision, to support the overall efficiency of our organization. Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties and multi-line phone systems Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments for staff and executives Coordinate event planning and logistics for company meetings, trainings, and special events Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities Handle human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records, and payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar software Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement activities Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, budgeting reports, and filing systems Ensure effective communication across departments through clear phone etiquette and organizational skills Oversee medical office management tasks if applicable to the organization’s scope Supervise clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management Requirements: Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Supervising experience with team management capabilities Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll, onboarding, and employee records management Experience with event planning, vendor management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and office experience Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to train staff and support team development
