For Nike merchants, everything begins and ends with the consumer! We are looking for a consumerist with an affinity for product who enjoys the energy of moving at the pace of retail and our consumer. A successful Merchant will contribute to an inclusive, positive, and progressive team dynamic. At Nike, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.
You’ll partner with several cross-functional teams to support the Accessories business – consumer planning, product creation, North America Merch, and consumer insights & analytics as well as the gender merchandising teams. A key enabler of your success will be your background and experience in retail.
The roles will leverage their skills in collaboration through multi-faceted partnerships with multiple functions and within merchandising across the consumer groups. Strategic visioning, consumer expertise, and the ability to span across multiple seasons paired with influencing a point of view will be critical for these roles.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Merchant II, you will enable the strategizing, building, and managing of North America seasonal assortment and product journeys cross-functionally.
A consistent part of your day-to-day responsibilities will be the detailed management, maintenance and communication of all seasonal tools and assortments. Enabling this effort will be the development of key relationships among cross-functional teammates, comfort with research and analysis, along with a genuine curiosity and commitment to learn and evolve.
