Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot features.
Assess client environments and identify opportunities for Copilot integration to enhance productivity, collaboration, and automation.
Lead the implementation and configuration of Copilot features across the M365 ecosystem.
Design and deliver workshops, training, and documentation tailored to end users, IT staff, and business leaders.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop governance, security, and compliance strategies related to Copilot and M365 tools.
Monitor and analyze usage data to identify adoption barriers and optimization opportunities.
Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, roadmap changes, and new Copilot capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant or similar role.
Proven experience implementing or managing Microsoft 365 Copilot in a business environment.
Strong knowledge of M365 apps including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Understanding of Microsoft Graph, AI integration, and data governance in M365.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to translate technical features into business value and user-friendly solutions.
