Job Title: Microsoft CRM D365 CE Functional Consultant

Location: Chennai Tamilnadu Current project requirement for a client overseas for a period of 5 to 6 months.

Our client a globally recognized leader in technology and innovation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Microsoft CRM D365 CE Functional Consultant with a proven track record of success. With at least 9 years of experience under your belt you are an expert in your field ready to steer a largescale project to success. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Map business processes and requirements to the Dynamics 365 system.
• Provide indepth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application and evaluate the customers business processes against the standard Dynamics 365 functionality.
• Actively involved in all stages of project lifecycle including planning design development testing training and support.
• Provide detailed business process and system advice during the delivery of presales activities.
• Drive the effective transition of requirements and deliver a clear and wellstructured functional specification for the technical team.
• Support the technical team during development phases.
• Conduct acceptance testing and lead user training sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience as a Functional Consultant within Microsoft Dynamics CRMs with a strong focus on Dynamics 365.
• Proficient in modules including Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service and Project Service Automation.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 the Cloud Environment and Power Platform.
• Proven experience translating business objectives and enduser needs into functional and system requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams manage projects and orchestrate workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile methodology and full project lifecycle.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or relevant field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are considered a plus.
