Job Description

The Corporate Manager of Net Revenue assists in coordination of the hospital’s reimbursement functions and implements and manages a strategic financial planning process. Additionally, assists and aids in the preparation of the hospital’s budget and reimbursement model. Responsible for managing daily functions of the reimbursement staff. ***THIS IS NOT A REVENUE CYCLE POSITION.***

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Assists in preparing and analyzing third party cost reports and other required third-party reporting.
  • Consolidates and analyzes monthly contractual allowances for system office.
  • Provides projections and analytical support for fiscal year budget preparation.
  • Researches and keeps abreast of third party regulations and changes, providing analytical support through financial impact summarization.
  • Assists with third party, quarterly and year end audits and settlement reconciliations.
  • Provides reimbursement analysis support for new product line development, and for current product line analysis on an ongoing basis.
  • Assists in the maintenance of the reimbursement model software
  • Assists in the creation and preparation of monthly dashboard report for the net revenue analysis.
  • Analyzes operation of system; prepares recommendation and documentation to create and update fiscal services and other related policies and procedures with respect to operating system.
  • Manages department and budgets within specified parameters. Consistently contributes to sound financial practices.
  • Would have at least 1 direct report.



  REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related area. - Required
  • Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area. - Preferred
  • Five years of related experience in healthcare finance. - Required
  • Crowe RCA experience - Preferred
  • MBA or CPA - Preferred
  • Progressive management experience. - Preferred
  • HFMA involvement. - Preferred
