As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the studio's growth and success in the niche markets it serves. You will also build and maintain excellent relationships with game development studios, publishers, and other relevant entities.

During your first few weeks in this Business Development Manager role, you can expect to take on some of the following:

• Understand and stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities 
• Work closely with the production team to understand the company's capabilities and ensure the services offered meet market needs 
• Create and implement strategic business development plans 
• Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities 
• Contribute proactively to team discussions and company strategy 

To apply for this Business Development Manager position, you will need at least 8 years of experience in business development, preferably within the gaming industry or related fields. You will also require:

• A track record of successfully working with game development studios and publishers 
• A comprehensive understanding of the game development pipeline and the services offered by outsourcing companies
