Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (Per Diem)  

Location:  New Jersey (Per Diem Traveler RN Role - Multiple Locations in NJ) 

Duties:  

Job Summary:  
The Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery (Per Diem) will provide on-demand support in the L&D department. The role requires flexibility, the ability to manage various patient care needs, and readiness to assist wherever needed within the unit. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide care to laboring patients on a per diem basis, based on staffing needs. 

• Manage labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery as needed. 

• Ensure proper documentation of all nursing interventions and patient care. 

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care. 

• Provide patient education and support during labor and delivery. 

Required Skills & Experience:  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery. 

• Ability to work in a flexible, per diem capacity. 

Education:  

• Required: ASN. 

• Preferred: BSN. 

Required Certifications & Licensure:  

• BLS-AHA, NRP, NJ State RN license.
