Job Description
(Physician/MD qualifications required) Obstetrics And Gynecology - This South Georgia medical center is seeking a board certified|board eligible physician specializing in Obstetrics|Gynecology. This employed physician will join a three-physician practice. The physician will receive a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines, contractual benefits (including participation in health, disability, and malpractice insurance programs) relocation expenses and educational loan assistance, as well as, office setup and support from the medical center administrative management team.
Position highlights
The position pays in the $355-365K range (guaranteed salary) with a 3% annual cost-of-living increase. We do not pay based on RVUs. Quarterly bonus is 100% of the physicians practice profits (physicians revenue minus overhead expenses).
We offer student loan repayment assistance up to $30K per year if needed. Physicians can choose from a residency stipend of $4000|month from the time of contract signing to employment start or a sign-on bonus of equal value upon employment start.
Because we are a teaching hospital with family medicine and psychiatry residences and a local medical school, our physicians|family health insurance is provided in exchange for precepting six residents|medical students per year.
We offer an allowance of up to $25K for relocation and also pay for two house-hunting trips. We also provide a $4000 CME allowance and 5 paid CME days per year as well as 20 PTO days and 7 paid holidays and a monthly cell phone allowance.
Clinic hours are M-Th 8-5 and Fri 8-12. Friday afternoons are for administrative time as needed.
