Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Pollok, Texas
Pay: $53-$55/hr — Travel rates available! (Est. $2,434/week incl. stipends)

Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide advanced care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and specialized therapeutic services to improve health and function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluation & Treatment:
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Treat conditions such as wounds, gait issues, pain, circulatory problems, and acute/restorative needs.
• Specialized Equipment:
  • Assess, fabricate, and monitor orthotic, mobility, and positioning devices.
  • Apply specialized treatment modalities.
• Program Development:
  • Design physical and nutritional management programs.
  • Develop tailored treatment protocols.
• Data & Quality Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze service outcomes and assistive device use.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives.
• Collaboration & Planning:
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Contribute to Individual Support Plans (ISP).
• Training & Leadership:
  • Train and mentor staff on devices and therapeutic strategies.
  • May supervise and assign work to departmental staff.

Requirements:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
