What you will be doing:

  • Set up banquet and dining areas according to event specifications
  • ensure all table settings are clean properly arranged and meet standards
  • Serving group functions per individual client specifications
  • Server food and beverages promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure guests needs are met throughout the event including refilling drinks and addressing any special requests
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists promotions and menus

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous food and beverage service experience required
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage and a passion for service
  • Proven experience in flourishing in dynamic team environments
  • Flexible schedule ability to work weekends evenings and holidays.
  • WA Food Handler Card required
  • WA Liquor control (MAST) card required
  • Must hold valid US work authorization

Physical Requirements Include:

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
  • Frequent kneeling pushing pulling lifting
  • Must be able to perform simple grasping fine manipulation and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
