Come Grow With Us! Pyramid Global Hospitality is an industry leading and growing global hotel management company. We are seeking an On-Call Banquet Server to grow along with our company, and to be a part of the culture that puts its people first! We are looking for a customer service professional who is passionate about hospitality and specifically creating a top notch experience for all of our guests through back of the house service in food and beverage. This is an opportunity to combine your can do attittude with a passion for service. If this describes you and you love what you do, we are interested in talking to you.

Responsibilities Include:

• Set up banquet room as instructed by the Banquets Manager/Captain to include linen, service ware and glassware.
• Attend   pre-shift   meetings before events to learn function particulars, includi ng guest and hotel expectations, guest counts, menu offerings, VIPS and all other pertinent information
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner. Serve the food and/or beverage   according to the steps of service that the Banquet Manager/Captain communicates for the function   to ensure consistency in the order throughout the banquet. Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function.
• Replenish beverages as necessary, and check with guests for overall satisfaction. Practice "Teamwork"
