Job Description:​ Asset Management Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the Asset Management team with general facility management and logistics. This position will encompass a multitude of responsibilities and tasks such as; clerical and administrative tasks, communication and coordination with contractors and other service providers, maintaining TPUSA facilities, janitorial tasks, asset acquisitions, and various facility and property management items.. Additionally, this role includes overall quality control and the maintenance of items stored at TPUSA Headquarters.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and very well organized.
• Excels in an active, hands on warehouse setting with notable physical tasks.
• Independent and self motivated work ethic, while operating as a part of a greater team.
• Familiarity with basic administrative and clerical systems (Email, Google Suite/Microsoft Office)
• Ability to effectively communicate with different contractors or project managers. 
• A “Can do!” attitude no matter the task or project.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to prioritize and organize several simultaneous projects.
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented. 
• Innovative nature & desire to try new things and learn.
• Punctual and very responsive.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Passion for conservative ideas and principles. 
• Can lift up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.

“WOW!” Skills:

• Previous involvement with TPUSA.
• Prior warehouse experience.
• Prior construction experience or other trade work experience.
• Versed in property upkeep and management.
• Facility management and/or packaging/shipping experience.
• Prior clerical/admin work.
• Prior service provider and contractor outreach/coordination experience.
• Familiarity with AirTable, Google Suite, Telegram, Hubspot, and other communication platforms.
• Familiarity with general inventorying systems. 
• Forklift Certification.
