**ORDER DELIVERY PLANNER - LOGISTICS - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN, MN OR WILLMAR, MN)** **To save time applying, Hormel Foods does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas for this position at this time.** Relocation is **not** eligible for this role. + **Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.** + **Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** The person in this position: + Is responsible for creating efficient truck delivery routes for customer and interplant orders. + Groups individual sales and transfer orders from the mainframe-based Order Processing (OP) System into optimal truck delivery routes to meet customer service requirements using Blue Yonder software. + Deals with daily and weekly volume peaks based on sales levels. All routing functions must be completed daily, daily overtime may be required with approval from supervisor during peak seasons. + This position works with multiple websites for booking delivery appointment, must be able to navigate through web-based programs and keep track of usernames and passwords to access online portals. + Other responsibilities required by management. **QUALIFICATIONS:** Required + Ability to accurately enter data. + Demonstrated use of organizational skills and ability to prioritize work. + Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. + Ability to initiate appropriate action independently. + Exemplary attendance record required due to the transactional nature of this position. + Demonstrated understanding of teamwork as it relates to the entire organization. Preferred + Experience within a TMS - Transportation management system. + Previous Logistics or Supply Chain experience. At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $18.25 - $25.50 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
