We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations, ensuring our ecommerce business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the order fulfillment department to ensure efficient processing of customer orders.
- Optimize shipping and delivery processes for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Ensure timely deliveries by coordinating with carriers and internal teams, resolving any logistical issues.
- Use logistics software and reporting tools to analyze performance metrics and improve logistics and distribution processes.
