Location: The Villages, FL

Are you an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon or a recent graduate looking to make an impact in a dynamic, patient-focused environment? We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Surgeon to join our expanding multi-specialty practice in The Villages, FL. Position Overview:

As an Orthopedic Surgeon with our practice, you will work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population. With a low call schedule and a focus on work-life balance, this position offers the opportunity to thrive in your career without the stress of excessive on-call hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform orthopedic surgeries, including both routine and complex procedures.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Board Certified in Orthopedics.
  • Florida Medical License preferred (must be eligible to obtain).
  • Open to new graduates – mentorship and support will be provided as you transition into the role.
