A well-respected public hospital district, located just 30 minutes west of Olympia, Washington, is seeking an experienced Gastroenterology Physician Assistant to join its growing outpatient team. Position Overview

• Outpatient-only role, no call
• Flexible schedule: 4×10-hour days or 5×8-hour days
• Average 16–20 patients per day
• No procedures required
• Collaborative team environment with physician support

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $150,000–$160,000 plus production incentives for patient volume over 16 per day

Qualifications

• NCCPA Certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a provider in a Gastroenterology setting required
