In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. Your primary focus will be to meet and exceed client business goals. You should be well-versed in paid media buying, stay on top of digital trends, and have a passion for discovering new opportunities that can elevate client results. You'll collaborate closely with our Data & Insights and Creative teams, so a keen eye for data and detail is essential.

About Us:

We believe that social media is one of the most impactful marketing channels today. Our work with top brands helps create award-winning social content that resonates with culture and drives meaningful brand growth. Our mission is to help brands add real value to the communities they engage with, and we're looking for talented individuals to be part of this journey. We have remote hubs across the United States and a highly collaborative team that thrives on innovation. Our work environment is one where diverse perspectives are valued, creativity is encouraged, and professional growth is a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns aimed at various goals, including conversions, traffic, engagement, video views, and follower growth.
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Proactively monitor campaign performance and communicate any issues or opportunities for improvement.
Maintain clear and effective communication regarding media strategies and results.
Review campaign plans, incorporate insights, and ensure best practices are applied to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Twitch, Snapchat, CTV, OTT, and/or Programmatic.
Familiarity with both awareness and direct response buying across full-funnel strategies.
Comfortable working with tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic.
A genuine interest in driving client success and contributing to their long-term growth.

Ideal Qualities:

High energy, curiosity, and a passion for learning new trends and technologies in the digital and social media landscape.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to think quickly, adapt to changes, and present confidently.
A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is quick to take action and spot opportunities.
A natural curiosity about the digital, social, and AI spaces, always looking for ways to improve client work.
Passionate about client success and treating their business as your own.
A diverse and inclusive perspective that values different viewpoints and backgrounds.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring that paid outputs meet high-quality standards and align with client objectives.
An ability to work efficiently and effectively, knowing how to prioritize and work smarter, not harder.

Benefits & Perks:
