Job Description

Paralegal Supervisor - for top tier global law firm in Washington, DC. This role is reports to the Paralegal Manager. The DC office has 40+ paralegals. This role is responsible for overseeing the 20 - 25 junior entry level to mid-level paralegals. *This is a hybrid role with some in office work.

*Ideal candidate has mid - large law firm experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Previous experience as a paralegal or case manager is ideal. Successful experience with project coordination, people management, training, writing evaluations, mentoring/coaching, and staffing required.

Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Flexibility for OT as required. Thorough understanding of the litigation process and common litigation support and discovery management procedures and concepts. At least 3 years as a litigation paralegal in a comparable setting. At least 1 year of supervisory experience required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
