Position Description:

Global InfoTek, Inc. is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. This opportunity will help build and shape the Air Force organization where customers are their top priority.

Brief Description:

The Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies. Manage each project's scope and timeline. Coordinates sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups. Coaches team members in Agile frameworks. Facilitates internal communication and effective collaboration. Is the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders). Works with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. Resolves conflicts and remove obstacles that occur. Helps teams implement changes effectively. Ensures deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint. Guides development teams to higher scrum maturity. Helps build a productive environment where team members ‘own' the product and enjoy working on it.

Required Skills:

• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex tasks.
• Ability to perform Tasks may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
• Demonstrated ability to actively contribute to deliverables and perform metrics where applicable.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for implementations.
• Removing project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance.
• Ability to Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed.
• Current experience with Air Force DevSecOps Programs.
