Resident Salon Services is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in our Tucson, Arizona Spa/Salon. The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors and clients.

The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she/they have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

• No Nights/Weekends 

Responsibilities: 

• Guest services – Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the spa/salon and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see. Answer all phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide intra-community communication as requested.  
• Administration – Place appointment reminder calls and assist with completing paperwork, and receive supplies and packages. Check in guests for appointments, maintain a clean reception area and assist with spa salon stock/store retail and inventory/ordering. File and keep good records. Maintain office/cleaning supplies. Maintain an organized filing system.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma is required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
• Excellent communication and writing skills
