Center is looking for an energetic, organized, and creative Weekend Party Planner to help coordinate and run our weekend birthday parties and special events! Position: Weekend Party Planner Location: 1491 Chain Bridge Road, Suite 200, McLean, VA 22101 Schedule: Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday availability required) Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and lead birthday parties and weekend events at the center * Coordinate with parents on themes, setup, and special requests * Decorate party spaces and ensure a fun, welcoming environment * Supervise event timelines and ensure smooth party flow * Work closely with our staff to provide a safe, fun experience for all guests * Help with party clean-up and resetting for the next event Qualifications: * Experience in event planning, childcare, or customer service preferred * Creative, outgoing, and detail-oriented * Strong communication and time-management skills * Must love working with children and families * Ability to work flexible weekend hours Why Join Us?At the T.E.A.
