Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient | Indio, CA | No Call | PT or FT Options
A well-established outpatient pediatric practice in Indio, California is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-volume practice with long-standing roots in the community, supported by experienced providers and staff. Whether you're an experienced NP or a newer graduate with pediatric experience, this team is ready to support you.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient only – no hospital work
Flexible schedule: Full-time (5 days/week) or Part-time (3 days/week)
Monday–Friday hours, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour break
Weekends off
No call duties – phone calls are minimal and routed to the supervising physician
Strong mentorship – physician has 30+ years of experience and is highly supportive
Additional provider onsite for collaborative support
Immediate need – start date is flexible
Compensation & Benefits:
Flexible employment model: 1099 or W-2 available
Malpractice insurance covered
W-2 option includes medical insurance, 401(k), and profit sharing
Profit-sharing: Employer contributes up to 15% of gross income
Competitive compensation – starting around $80/hr , negotiable based on experience

Longstanding pediatric practice with a panel of nearly 5,000 patients
Friendly, team-oriented staff with strong support systems
EMR: NextGen
Spanish-speaking population is significant, but Spanish language skills are not required
