You'll own the full project lifecycle from inception to tapeout, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance semiconductor solutions across multiple emerging technologies.
Requirements: 🎓
✅ BSEE (MSEE preferred) with 5+ years physical design experience
✅ Strong ASIC physical design and SoC development (28nm/16nm)
✅ Proficient in ICC2/Innovus and scripting (Perl/Tcl/Python)
✅ Experience with full project lifecycle from inception to tapeout
✅ Knowledge of STA, power analysis, and physical verification
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Multiple successful tapeouts with broad, detailed responsibilities
✅ Small company/startup environment experience preferred
