We have an opening for an APP in our exciting geriatric mobile practice focusing on wellness and disease management in the geriatric community.
Our focus is primary care in assisted living and memory care communities. We are offering a full time position to Nurse Practitioners to better serve our clients medical needs.
Being a mobile practice we go out to Assisted Living communities to provide services. We go to 1 community each day and are in all of our facilities each week. Facilities are located in both Springfield and Decatur. .
We have a full time LPN covering each community and a full time NP that is usually over 2-4 communities.
This position offers a lot of autonomy. Our team is supportive, caring, and we have tried to build a work environment that exemplifies teamwork. We do not work weekends or major holidays.
It is a very exciting practice that we have built over the past 10 years. We currently have successful practices throughout Indiana and Ohio and are opening new practices in Illinois, Kentucky and West Virginia this year. We are the preferred provider or medical director in each community we serve. Our reputation in the industry is vastly growing with many more communities ready to come on board this year. All we need is you!
