Open due to promotion, our client is looking for a Site Manager who can lead the people and be a force on the manufacturing floor.
Summary...
As the Site Manager you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the day-to-day business operations, ensuring sales and production objectives are met at the lowest cost consistent with product quality requirements, while maintaining high safety standards and ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance. Develops business plans, budgets, and staffing requirements to support growth to annual sales volumes through delegating authority to key direct reports and utilizing inputs from cross-functional peers.
What we're looking for....
Currently, this is a one-shift operation with hopes and room to growth into two shifts. They run production 4 days/week, Mon-Thurs, (6a-4:30p), but as the Site Manager you'll be expected to be there on Friday's for administrative support. They have a strong team in place now. This isn't a change agent role, but a role offers someone a chance to come into a plant that's been set in a good direction and keep it moving forward.
