Job Description

We are seeking a talented Podcast Production Specialist to join our marketing team at Clinitiative Health Research. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a keen interest in producing engaging audio content related to clinical research and healthcare. As a Podcast Production Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire podcast production process, from concept development and scripting to recording, editing, and publishing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pitch creative podcast concepts aligned with our brand message and target audience.

• Script writing and storyboarding for episodes, ensuring that content is informative and engaging.

• Record high-quality audio content, conducting interviews with guests and experts in the field.

• Edit audio files to ensure clarity, quality, and a professional finish.

• Manage the podcast publishing schedule, ensuring timely release of episodes on all digital platforms.

• Promote podcasts through social media and internal channels to maximize reach and engagement.

• Continuously analyze performance metrics and listener feedback to improve future episodes.

• Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies to promote the podcast series effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in podcast production or audio editing using software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or GarageBand.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create compelling content.
• Familiarity with audio recording equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
