We are seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence (BI) Developer who will be part of a high-performance team responsible for building a marketing analytics platform. The primary purpose of this position is to design, develop, and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to suit internal business needs and external client requirements. This requires consulting with business and technical stakeholders to determine dashboard and report specifications then building production ready assets to meet those specifications. This position is both internal and external client facing and supports various sales initiatives. What we offer:Full-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life)401(k) with company matchTraining and Career DevelopmentGenerous Paid Time-OffResponsibilities:- Create analytics reports and dashboards to provide valuable, relevant business insights for internal and external clients.- Clean and transform data using Power BI's Query Editor to prepare ETL processes to optimize reporting datasets.- Create data models and tables within Power BI to support efficient, optimized data warehousing and reporting workflows.- Support sales initiatives for both internal and external facing users- Manage and maintain data models that support existing reports/dashboards and self-service BI users. Qualifications:- 2-5+ years of experience in creating business intelligence dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau or Looker (Power BI strongly preferred).- 1-2+ years of experience preparing data sets for analysis- 1-2+ years of experience writing SQL against relational databases
