We are seeking a Principal Automation Engineer (Python for BPA, Web Automation, RPA) to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, and deploying advanced automation solutions using Python to optimize business process automation (BPA) and robotic process automation (RPA) systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python development, web automation frameworks, and end-to-end process optimization , along with a passion for driving digital transformation through intelligent automation.
Job DescriptionAs a Principal Automation Engineer (Python for BPA, Web Automation, RPA) , you will play a key role in developing robust, scalable, and efficient automation frameworks to streamline business workflows and eliminate manual processes. You will leverage your extensive Python experience (10+ years) to build custom automation tools, integrate APIs, and enhance system interoperability. The Principal Automation Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, architect automation solutions, and ensure continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python for Business Process Automation (BPA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Build advanced web automation solutions leveraging modern Python libraries (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, BeautifulSoup, Requests).
Integrate automation workflows with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms to create seamless data and process flows.
Lead architecture and design sessions to define best practices for automation scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient, automated processes.
Develop reusable Python modules and libraries to standardize automation solutions across projects.
Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring of automation scripts.
Mentor and guide junior automation engineers, fostering best coding and documentation practices.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement automation-driven solutions to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Stay up to date with emerging automation technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously enhance the automation ecosystem.
