For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Responsibilities & Expectations for the role

• Project management - decomposition of tasks, planning, monitoring, and control of the project realization, coordination of the project team, etc.

• Work with clients - clarification of requirements and technical specifications, ensuring the quality of provided services, organizing regular communication and feedback processes (scheduling, calls and meetings, reports).

• Conducting estimations for the project.

• Cooperation with the Executive Producer and Art Director to ensure the quality and technical efficiency of the project.

• Assembling project teams from internal and external (recruiting freelancers/contractors etc.) sources

• Work with client and internal documentation (NDAs, agreements, estimates, etc.)

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Requirements

• Advanced/fluent English and fluent Ukrainian

• 2+ years of experience in similar PM roles.

• 2+ years of experience working in Art production/Gamedev industry (experience in game art outsourcing is a plus)

• Strong project management skills

• Ability to establish contact with clients and conduct high-quality, customer-focused communication

• Analytical thinking, planning, and risk management skills

• Understanding of production pipeline in different spheres: 2D, 3D, Animation, Game Development, VFX, Level Design, etc.

• Understanding the competencies and skills of different artists & developers and the ability to find a suitable specialist for the task

• Experience managing freelancers and outsourcing partners

• True interest in the art & gaming industry
