Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to refine and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring that our products meet customer needs and business goals. You will be at the forefront of product development, collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and design to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Roadmap Development: Develop and prioritize a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather insights, validate product direction, and ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and make informed decisions.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch and iterative enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong understanding of product management principles.
• Solid experience in developing product strategies and managing product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in a technology company or in the development of digital products.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and practices.
• Knowledge of product analytics tools and techniques.
