Position –  Production Assistant

Job Location –  Appleton, WI

Starting Date –  Immediate, 08/28/23

Employment Term –  Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire

Employment Type –  Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3pm)

Starting Pay –  Depends on Experience, $18 per hour, $37,440 Annual Salary

Required Education –  High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience –  At least 1 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Open rolls and properly stage product for production.
• Responsible for wrapping finished products and staging finished product to designated area. 
• Must be able to competently complete required paperwork. 
• Must be able to read and understand internal job tickets. 
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow the prescribed safety regulations. 
• May assist the Operator with machine set up. 
• Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to meet production deadlines. 
• Assist Operator with general maintenance duties on machines as required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 st and 2 nd shift availability.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. multiple time in an 8- or 10-hour shift.
• Ability to bend twist, kneel, squat throughout an 8- or 10-hour shift
• Operate effectively in a fast paced, team environment.
