Key job responsibilities
An effective QC Expansions Program Manager is committed to driving organizational excellence by focusing on five strategic areas: (1) Project Lifecycle Management, (2) Stakeholder Collaboration, (3) Risk Mitigation & Compliance, (4) Process Optimization, and (5) Strategic Growth. By concentrating on these areas, the Program Manager will contribute to the ongoing success of our quick commerce expansion through:

• Developing and managing comprehensive project timelines from site selection to launch, coordinating with multiple stakeholder teams across Real Estate, Operations, Technology, and Legal departments.

• Driving standardization of launch processes and documentation across the network while conducting regular benchmarking to identify and implement operational improvements.

• Managing a diverse portfolio of expansion projects simultaneously, effectively communicating progress and risks to senior leadership through clear, actionable insights.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize site selection criteria and expansion strategy while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

A day in the life

You begin by reviewing project dashboards and addressing any critical issues. Throughout the day, you'll lead virtual meetings with various stakeholders, including Real Estate for site selection updates, Design Engineering for progress on layouts, and Pre-Construction teams for permitting milestones. You'll analyze project data to identify potential risks, make key decisions to unblock project barriers, and drive resolution of launch risks. Time is spent preparing executive summaries, ensuring project documentation is current, and developing standardized processes to improve future launches. Your role is to keep all moving parts aligned, driving projects forward efficiently.
