ActioNet is looking for a strong leader to take the helm as our next Project Manager! If you have experience in IT, procurement, logistics, and network infrastructure implementation—especially within government or DoD environments—this is your chance to make a real impact. You'll take charge of planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, keeping everything on track and aligned with mission objectives. Location: San Diego (on-site)
Salary Range: $150k-180K
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT network infrastructure and systems integration projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee IT procurement, contracts, vendor relationships, and compliance with government acquisition regulations.
- Manage asset tracking, logistics, and IUID tagging for IT equipment to ensure accountability and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments using MS Project or similar tools.
- Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare and deliver project briefings, status reports, and compliance documentation to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain inventory documentation and milestone reporting per government requirements.
- Conduct risk analysis, issue resolution, and After-Action Reviews (AARs) to improve project processes.
- Ensure compliance with government IT security standards (NIST, FISMA, RMF) and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- 7+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, network implementation, and systems integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT contracts, procurement, and logistics within government or DoD environments.
- Understanding of network infrastructure, wireless networks, and security best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with government security compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA, RMF).
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR, DFARS) and DoD procurement processes.
