Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team working on the Medicaid Chip Services Waiver Salesforce Enhancements project. This is a remote position, open to candidates within the state of Texas. The role will involve overseeing and managing various aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, and implementing modifications and enhancements within Salesforce. You will work closely with key stakeholders, communicate effectively with clients and IT teams, and ensure the project aligns with both technical and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and completion.
- Implement Agile project management practices within the team, leveraging your understanding of the PMI framework and Agile (Scrum) methodology.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Develop project charters, work plans, and other essential documentation.
- Provide on-call technical support as needed.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and business processes to various stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and other oversight groups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically with large-scale enterprise implementations.
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce and managing Salesforce-related projects.
- 7+ years of experience in State of Texas or similar federal/state project management.
- Strong understanding of the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework (preferred).
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies (preferred).
- ACP/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Jira and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool experience (preferred).
- Experience in State procurement and contracting (preferred).
