Due to the growth of the service, we are seeking a Locum Tenens | 1099 Contract Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner interested in working in an out-patient setting for a community based health clinic in Chicago, IL. The Provider would work as a 1099 contractor and malpractice would be provided or reimbursed to the Provider if they carrier their own policy. The PMHNP could either work 3-4 days during the week (flexible on dates but prefer Mon-Tues Wed and one weekend day) or two days during the week and one Saturday with one Saturday per month. This position offers the Provider would work in an outpatient setting. The Provider would conduct one new evaluation every hour and med|checks run every 15 to 20 minutes. The Provider would see patients with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, suicidal ideology, bi-polar disorder, as well as provide therapy to individuals dealing with grief|loss, anger and stress management, divorce recovery and other life issues. The hourly rate would be at least $100+ per hour (Depending Upon Experience). At the Providers election, this position could convert into permanent a full time position 31 hours per week which would include a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, paid malpractice insurance, CME Allowance (non-capped and approved by the Director), Paid CME time off, all licensure, dues fees and DEA covered by the practice. Signing Bonus and Relocation Allowance provided by the clinic. The CEO does strongly prefer someone that is licensed in the state of IL. This FQHC position qualifies for Federal Loan Repayment of $25,000 per year (minimum of a two year commitment required in exchange for $50,000) paid directly to the Providers federally qualified student loans or the Nursing Corp which provides 60% of loan debt payed off (minimum of a 2 year commitment).
