Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Salary and Benefits

• The pay for this position is $140,000 - $170,000

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Evenings as needed
• Rotating Weekends (Saturday morning)
• Conducts mental health crisis assessments, formulates dispositions, and coordinates within primary medical services
• Assists with patients' stressors, coordinates prior authorizations, medication needs, and enhances follow-up care adherence
• Provides strength-based, patient-centered services aligned with clinical standards of practice.

Requirements

• Current and active PMHNP licensed in the state of Connecticut
• Bilingual (Spanish) required
