The Job

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual one-on-one or group sessions with app users to discuss about
• Sexual health, intimacy, kinks, fetishes, and related topics.
• Relationships, breakups, any relationship topics
• LGBTQ such as coming out, gender identity, Family acceptance, Transitioning etc.
• Energy Healing such as Tarot Reading, Psychic, Spirit Guide, Crystal Healing etc.
• Create personalized coaching plans based on individual user needs and goals.
• Provide expert advice and strategies to help users explore and understand their desires safely and healthily, including those related to personal concerns.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Ideal Profile

Ideal Candidate

• Certification or license in therapy/coaching (where applicable).
• Experience in personal therapy or coaching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology and providing services through a digital platform.
• Empathetic, open-minded, and non-judgmental approach.
• Have a hustle mindset
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Understanding of diverse orientations, identities, relationship dynamics, and practices including unique preferences and interests.
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for clients to explore and understand their personal interests.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
