JOB CODE: (850411_CO) PT/Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab
LOCATION: Roaring Fork Valley (CO)

Seeking experienced Physical therapists to provide outpatient Physical Therapy care that will include evaluating patients and developing and implementing an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients' strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You'll also educate patients and caregivers on appropriate home exercise programs.
Schedule: 4 - 10 hours days a week (Physical Therapy Services are offered Monday - Saturday)
*Relocation Bonus for those who qualify (requires a 2 year commitment). Internal candidates are not eligible. Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
3-5 years of Physical Therapy Experience is required
BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date
