Job Description

Restaurant Yuu is seeking a Director of Marketing & Public Relations!

We are a Michelin-starred French restaurant in Brooklyn. In this position, you will work closely with our chefs and PR agencies, coordinate interviews, review press releases, and implement a variety of initiatives to enhance the value of our restaurant.

Qualifications:
Experience in PR and public relations in the food and beverage industry (experience in high-end restaurants is a plus)
Experience in managing social media (including photography)
Must have SSN and work authorization

Ability to anticipate and take action
A willingness to learn and grow

Compensation:
Hourly rate: $16- (based on experience)
Work schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
Hours: 10am-6pm
