Job Description

Working alongside the Director of Purchasing at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking someone to fill our Purchasing Administrator position who is attentive to detail and will support the ongoing purchasing and procurement operations of the Hotel.

Key Accountabilities

• Process all invoices in purchasing software in a timely and precise manner.
• Maintain order guides, recipe books and vendor lists in purchasing software.
• Reconcile corporate credit card purchases weekly.
• Retrieve and consolidate purchasing data for quarterly corporate reports.
• Create food price comparisons for the chefs, and place orders for special guest requests.
• Assist Director of Purchasing with special projects

General Requirements

• Ability to work a full-time set schedule of Monday through Friday
• Knowledge of HotSos system preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment preferred.
