Salary range: Rs 12000000 - Rs 28000000 (ie INR 120-280 LPA)

Min Experience: 5 years

Location: USA, Canada

The role requires a highly capable backend engineer who can build scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems. You should be comfortable working in fast-moving environments, making informed tradeoffs, and delivering high-quality code with strong attention to testing and documentation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, high-quality, and high-performance software using Python (and Golang , if applicable).
• Work with distributed worker and workflow orchestration frameworks such as Temporal , Celery , or similar technologies.
• Design efficient database schemas and write optimized SQL queries with a strong focus on performance tuning.
• Explore, evaluate, and adopt new technologies that enhance system capabilities and overall platform performance.
• Operate with high autonomy—take ownership of features, make pragmatic engineering decisions, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain exceptional standards for code quality, testing practices, and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience building backend systems with Python (Golang knowledge is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with distributed task frameworks such as Temporal or Celery .
• Strong understanding of SQL , query optimization, indexing strategies, and database design principles.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance quality and speed effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
