**Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**
- **Must Have:** A Tennessee Real Estate License (or be in the process of obtaining one).
- **Must Be:** A member of the Tennessee Real Estate Association/MLS.
- **Must Possess:** Strong phone sales skills, networking abilities, and a positive attitude.
- **Must Enjoy:** Negotiating and building client relationships.
- **Must Be:** Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and focused on customer service.
- **Must Have:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Minimum Education:** High school diploma.

**Pay:** $100,000 - $200,000 per year (Top agents earn much more!)
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, with weekend work as needed.
**Experience:** 1 year in real estate (Required)
**License/Certification:** Real Estate License (Required)
**Location:** Murfreesboro, TN (Remote work available)
