Job Summary:

We are seeking a remote Real Estate Analyst to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with executive leadership in evaluating new real estate acquisitions and structuring transactions. As a hands-on position, you will gain exposure to underwriting, financial modeling, equity and debt structuring, due diligence, market and zoning analysis, and the overall real estate transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the investment team to expand our database of new investment opportunities.
- Screen and evaluate potential investments, conducting thorough due diligence including research, financial modeling, and participation in meetings and site visits as needed.
- Support the acquisition and disposition process, including deal structuring, contract review, partnership agreements, financial statement analysis, and on-site due diligence.
- Perform detailed financial modeling and underwriting for prospective acquisitions.
- Participate actively in executive team meetings to discuss and evaluate market opportunities.

Qualifications:

- 2-5+ years of experience in real estate underwriting, acquisitions, or similar roles requiring strong finance, research, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Advanced Argus, MS Excel, Outlook, and conducting Internet research.

- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, exceeding industry standards.
