The Horton Team at Keller Williams is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Experience with real estate transactions is not required — if you have excellent communication and multitasking skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire contract-to-close process for all transactions
- Ensure paperwork is accurate and deadlines are met
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, agents, escrow companies, lenders, and inspectors
- Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other key steps
- Maintain organized transaction files and monitor progress
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and team members
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles is preferred (real estate experience is not required)
- Willingness to learn about real estate contracts and timelines
- Familiarity with office software and technology
