The Horton Team at Keller Williams is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Experience with real estate transactions is not required — if you have excellent communication and multitasking skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire contract-to-close process for all transactions
Ensure paperwork is accurate and deadlines are met
Act as the main point of contact for clients, agents, escrow companies, lenders, and inspectors
Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other key steps
Maintain organized transaction files and monitor progress
Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and team members

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles is preferred (real estate experience is not required)
Willingness to learn about real estate contracts and timelines
Familiarity with office software and technology
