Job Description

Join The Horton Team at Keller Williams as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator!

The Horton Team at Keller Williams is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Experience with real estate transactions is not required — if you have excellent communication and multitasking skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire contract-to-close process for all transactions
  • Ensure paperwork is accurate and deadlines are met
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, agents, escrow companies, lenders, and inspectors
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other key steps
  • Maintain organized transaction files and monitor progress
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and team members

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles is preferred (real estate experience is not required)
  • Willingness to learn about real estate contracts and timelines
  • Familiarity with office software and technology
