Responsibilities

• Refine buyer's criteria to select additional homes for showing as necessary.

• Provide superior customer service by promptly responding to buyer client inquiries via phone, email, and text.

• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients to ensure a smooth and timely process.

• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely manner.

• Identify homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to expedite sales.

Qualifications

• Comfortable spending a significant amount of time driving.

• Technologically proficient and quick to learn new programs.

• Professional demeanor and appearance.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Valid Real Estate License.
