Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Stevens Point, WI Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Full time position with benefits: Monday through Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. includes a one hour lunch break every day! Job Summary We are seeking a full-time receptionist to greet customers as they enter the showroom, as well as answer phone calls. This person will also be responsible for some daily office tasks beyond the phone switchboard, including stocking in and transferring vehicles, maintaining sales records of vehicles and cross-training on titling and other accounting tasks. Training on site will take place upon start. Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Operate switchboard telephone system
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
  • Assist the accounting department with various clerical activities including but not limited to filing, stocking in vehicles, maintaining sales records, and miscellaneous other tasks as required
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
  • Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
