Job Description

LaunchPoint PEO is a professional employer organization that works with other companies to handle their Human Resources functions, including benefits, payroll, and recruiting, to enable them to better focus on their company missions. LaunchPoint has a group of experienced PEO associates dedicated to all recruiting efforts necessary for the success of its clients.

LaunchPoint PEO helps clients by handling the Human Resources (HR) burden and providing lower-cost benefits to employees and companies. LaunchPoint PEO will provide a cost-effective benefits package for our clients, improve their HR processes, assist with attracting and retaining quality employees, managing and controlling the cost of employee benefits, processing payroll, keeping up with changes to Federal and State employment laws, managing liability and risk and handling all general HR administration.
Job Summary
The Recruiter will provide professional recruitment and administrative support functions to PEO Clients; will act as a reliable source of information about recruiting practices; will process all recruitment-related administration within agreed timelines; and will provide excellent interface with both clients and candidates. 
Starting Rate: $45,000- $50,000yr
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle all recruitment queries in a responsive, client-focused way - providing a comprehensive first line of information and advice.
  • Provide excellent interface to external and internal candidates.
  • Respond to queries from Hiring Managers.
  • Communicating effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face and by email.
  • Maintain the system in line with organizational changes, adding new users, locations, and posts etc. as appropriate, to enable responsive and effective recruitment.
  • Run reports, analyze recruitment data, and monitor performance, provide informed advice and proactively address any issues. 
  • Continually monitor recruitment practice for compliance with legal requirements and Dimensions’ Standards, escalating any concerns as appropriate.
  • Work in accordance with agreed timelines to provide excellent service, reduce the cost of agency back-fill and retain the best candidates.
  • Act as a comprehensive support function for ad-hoc tasks and future organizational projects.
  • Undertake other duties from time to time as required by the PEO Director.  
  • Maintain applicant/employee confidentiality in accordance with our data protection policy and procedure.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Applicant must be computer literate and comfortable using Windows-based programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High School degree: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. 
  • Preference will be given to candidates that live in a HUBZone
  • Preference will be given to Veterans and spouses of Veterans that live in a HUBZone
