We need someone who is goal-centered, and ready to be a cornerstone in making our company the top player in the Grand Rapids and Grandville real estate market. They should share the vision of our Operating Principal and effectively utilize Growth Initiative tools to achieve targets in appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Market Center:
• Understand and Implement the Operating Principal's vision.
• Utilize Growth Initiative tools to meet goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability.
• Boost retention and productivity for new and current team members
• Execute the recruiting, interviewing and onboarding process
• Secure a dominant market share in target markets.
• Drive the Market Center to achieve acceptable profitability.
Recruitment Responsibilities: • Identify and recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential through cold calling, emailing, networking events, and other communication methods.
• Post job listings on industry job boards to attract top real estate professionals.
• Develop and implement a robust recruiting process to find and vet qualified candidates, scaling the recruiting program effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants, interviews, and application data to streamline the candidate pipeline and ensure privacy.
• Manage the hiring process, including setting up interviews, recommending top candidates to hiring managers, and following up with those not selected.
• Provide regular progress reports to the team on the success of various recruiting methods.
